Opening speech by Elisabeth Walaas, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Elisabeth Walsaas is the State Secretary of Foreign Affairs in Norway. She has long experience in political leadership and past positions includes the Norwegian Ambassador in Croatia, 2005-2007, and deputy leader at the EU-delegation in Brussels from 2001-2005. She is a cand. philol from the University of Bergen.
